CPR/AED must be obtained by the officer on his own and then show proof of completion before he will receive certification.
Breath Tests for Intoxication has been removed from our currirulum. Departments must contact the Department of Toxicology, after the officer graduates from the LETB basic course, to schedule a date and time for training.
Some of the new subjects that have been added is N.I.M.S. (Incident Management System Number 700); Human Trafficking; and Physical Training. This is just a few of the changes we will make in our curriculum.

The Calendar of Events is only a brief course description. Reporting instructions contain the correct times and information you will need in regards to the course you will be applying for. Reporting information will be mailed to the officer approximately 6 - 8 weeks prior to the start of the course.
