For the calendar year immediately following the holding of the referendum, shall the school corporation impose a property tax rate that does not exceed twenty-two cents ($0.22) on each one hundred dollars ($100) of assessed valuation for a term of seven (7) years and that is in addition to the school corporation's normal tax rate?
