Improvement to the Performance Management process

In response to the feedback we received, we have made some improvements to the process. We believe those improvements will also steamline the 2008 review cycle and set the stage for even better goal setting and accountability for the upcoming 2009 cycle.

The main points are:

  • Five rating anchors for each employee's overall performance instead of three
  • Combination of the Work Profile and the Performance Appraisal into one form
  • Forms for new hire appraisals
