Employees participating in CDHP plans are reminded that they must open an HSA in order to receive the state's HSA contribution.
HSA and FSA contributions will be spread over the first 26 pay dates om 2013. For A-payroll, no HSA contributions or FSA contributions will be made on the 27th pay date (12/31/13).
