Therefore State Student Assistance Commission of Indiana, as the administrator of Byrd program funds for Indiana will be unable to offer any awards to new students for the 2011-2012 academic year and beyond.

This is a federally-supported merit-based scholarship program which awards scholarships to selected Hoosier students. Funds for this program are very limited.
