About Us
The Indiana Education Savings Authority (IESA) serves as the governing board of the CollegeChoice 529 Savings Plans and CollegeChoice CD 529 Savings Plan. The Authority is a nine-member board comprised of representatives of several state agencies and other individuals as appointed by the Governor.
Board members include: Treasurer of State who serves as chairman, Commissioner for Higher Education who serves as vice-chairman, Superintendent of Public Instruction, the State Budget Director, and five other gubernatorial appointees.
